Welcome Back, Coaches!
Our donation model will change starting with the 2024-25 school year. Here’s the rundown:
- Kits will be available for a contribution of $128 for the first kit of each Season, which equates to $1 per kid per week. If you’d like to run multiple clubs at the same time, additional kits of the same Season are just $88.
- We will continue to offer 24 weeks of activities broken into three 8-week Seasons. Coaches who want to commit to 16 or 24 weeks upfront will receive a bundled discount as follows:
- $198 for Seasons 1 and 2
- $258 for Seasons 1, 2 and 3
- Cost sharing will be optional for clubs that completed Seasons 1 or 2 in the 2023-24 school year and want to continue with Seasons 2 or 3 for returning kids this school year.
- Bedtime Math will subsidize the bulk of the overall cost of each Crazy 8s club, valued at more than $400, as part of our charitable mission.
- Clubs work best when they meet once a week for 8 consecutive weeks. We’ll now allow clubs to meet twice weekly or daily for a 1-week school break camp. No once-a-month clubs.
- We will continue to ask coaches to agree to the conditions of our Honor Code. Click here to read our updated terms.
